"Naadam" means Mongolian festival. Khoshor is made into a thin ball so that it is easy to eat at Mongolian festivals .

Each one is carefully made from dough and wrapped with minced meat or tataki meat (beef).

They are similar to dumplings and pies, but they are about 10 centimeters in size and are very filling.

Just fry in oil at 170°C while still frozen.
